Deviation Actions
1. First and foremost, please show all members respect and a caring attitude. Not everyone of is perfect, but it isn’t that hard to be a neutral party or to be calm if something doesn‘t fall under your direct opinion. Your words should always be tasteful; you never know when you might have to eat them.
2. To join just select ‘join this group' and leave us a little message. We’ll be very quick to respond to your requests.
3. To affiliate please send us an invitation and we’ll get back to you shortly.
4. I realize that mature content will likely be a prominent focus of some letters and art. I ask that you properly enable a mature filter, and be sure to list any triggers or graphic warnings in your artist’s comment or make a small author’s note before your work begins. If there is no mature filter on mature works containing language, sexual material, and ideologically sensitive areas, I will be forced to ask you to resubmit with the proper modifications made. The mission of this group is not to hurt anyone in the process of healing, so please respect others by giving a warning.
5. Do not be afraid to ask questions or seek help with exercises. They’re not always easy to do, especially alone, so we’re willing to help you with anything you need.
6. Bullying will not be tolerated. If there is an issue between any number of our members, someone acting as a responsible member must report to us what is going on. At this point we’ll hear both sides of the story and try to help in any way that we can. Also, the front page, profile page of any member, or any deviation is not a place for arguments.
7. To find an exercise, please look into the Blog history and select a particular exercise. Each should contain a detailed explanation on how to go about tackling each section. New therapeutic measures are discovered every day; please check often or subscribe to the Blog to see any new exercises. We encourage everyone to try them. Events and activities will also be listed and reported in the Blog (IE; Skype meetings, Messenger meetings; Livestream meetings; Chat events; Local events; Global fundraisers and awareness).
8. Submissions are limited to one per day at the moment. There is no automatic acceptance until further notice. However, feel free to suggest favourites any time.

If you cannot reach them, please do not hesitate to ask one of our Admins or contributors for anything. We have a multitude resources you can use and we’re here to talk. Safe Place Exercise
Safe Place:
:bulletpurple: This exercise is perfect for anyone, especially those experiencing trauma without any coping devices readily at their disposal. This exercise will give you a safe haven, something that many of us have found ourselves without at one time or another. Sometimes, we can't always go home and get help from family, friends, or authorities, but we can visualize or go to a place where we are safe and feel secure to calm down and figure out what we need to do to get help or to change what we are feeling. It's true that we can be our own coping mechanism, and sometimes, that is all we need to start the healing process.
