Rules
1. You have to start your piece with that line from the theme. Have To. Period.
2. Can be about anything that was a great challenge for you but it must be true!
3. Any literature is fine. Make it understandable. Many people are willing to help, including me, so please feel free to ask.
4. Literature only will be marked. Pictures are just nice to look at
5. Note or comment me your entry.
6. Link back to this somewhere. Don't care where.
7. Don't think this will be a problem but just in case, Keep it Under 600 words. Minimum 60 Would be nice too (no one word entries... *looking at you Heather*)
8. Max 2 entries.
9. Late, sorry, is late.
10. Only new stuff accepted.
11. All Mature MUST be labeled!

I believe this challenge could be beneficial to some of our members. If you can identify your challenges and share them you might even be rewarded. I think this might give you a positive end on some of the issues you all face individually.

:bulletpurple: This exercise is perfect for anyone, especially those experiencing trauma without any coping devices readily at their disposal. This exercise will give you a safe haven, something that many of us have found ourselves without at one time or another. Sometimes, we can't always go home and get help from family, friends, or authorities, but we can visualize or go to a place where we are safe and feel secure to calm down and figure out what we need to do to get help or to change what we are feeling. It's true that we can be our own coping mechanism, and sometimes, that is all we need to start the healing process.
